How to send files for printing?

Create a folder in your name. Sort files and place into sub-folders labelled with print sizes required (e.g. 8 x 8 folder)

If you require multiple copies place them in separate sub-folders and label it with the quantities required.

You can send files using the following methods:-

1. By post or come into our Lab

Send the files in DVD, CD, Memory Stick or in SD cards etc

2. Upload files to our drop box

To send a folder, please create the main folder in your name and then put all the sub-folders in     the main folder as explained above.

Before sending the folder compress the folder into zipped folder.

Set-up for best results

To print successfully, it is recommended that you calibrate your monitor, so that your monitor matches our output. We can supply a test image file with a hard copy to help adjust your monitor.

It is important your image is cropped to the exact print size required, at a minimum resolution of 150 dpi (300 dpi recommended)

If possible images should be converted to sRGB profile for best results. Save files as JPEG or TIFF - do not use LZW compression with TIFF files.
