ACCEPTANCE
PDQ Colour Graphics Ltd accepts all work on the understanding that these terms of business shall be binding between itself and the client.
CLAIMS
Claims for unaccepted goods due to non-
In cases of complaint it is necessary that all relative work must be returned together with the invoice and the original material.
RESERVATION OF TITLE
Notwithstanding delivery of or passing of risk in them, all the products or goods supplied by PDQ to the Client shall remain the property of PDQ until the products or goods supplied are paid for in full. Until such payment is made, the Client shall immediately return any such products or goods to PDQ if requested.
COLOUR MATCHING
Where technically possible PDQ will take into account specific requests regarding colour balance. However, due to the limitations of colour processing, it is impossible to guarantee precise matching of originals even with the most modern plant. In the absence of specific instructions, colour balance will be at PDQ’s discretion.
COPYRIGHT
Clients must take full responsibility for copyright of all negatives, transparencies or other materials supplied. The client must assume full liability for any resulting violation of copyright in any action brought about by a third party.
DESPATCH
Goods are sent entirely at the risk of the client or consignee. For postal, Van and Courier deliveries prices are available on request.
LATE DELIVERY
PDQ will use its best endeavours to ensure that orders are complete within the time stated but will not accept any liability for damages in the event of failure to do so.
LIABILITY
PDQ prides itself on the care and attention it gives to all work and materials entrusted to it. PDQ’s liability for loss or damage however caused is limited to the cost of the original material. PDQ therefore recommend its clients take out appropriate insurance.
PRICES
All prices are subject to revision without prior notice. Unless specified all prices are net and exclude VAT.
ACCOUNTS
In the case of new business the terms are strictly payment with order until a credit account has been established. A credit account requires two trade reference and a bank reference. All accounts are payable at the address specified on the invoice. All accounts are payable within 30 days following the date of invoice. PDQ may withdraw credit facilities if these payment terms are not adhered to. Where payment is not made on time, PDQ reserves the right to charge interest at 4% above Santander Bank base rate on a daily basis until the debt is cleared.
PDQ reserves the right to charge an administration fee for unpaid cheques.
SPECIAL PRICES
Special discounts given against PDQ’s normal prices are quoted on the understanding that payment will be made, in full, no later than 30
days from the date of invoice. If payment is not received in accordance with these terms, then an additional invoice will be raised to cover the difference between the discounted price and PDQ’s standard price set out in its price list. An administration fee of £10.00 + VAT will also be added to this invoice.
TRADE DESCRIPTION ACT
The sizes of prints stated in the price guide are approximate only and may be fractionally under or over the sizes quoted.

Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm with the exception of public and bank holidays when the business will be closed
